East West Studios is a respected school that trains in Pencak Silat, ‘An ancient Indonesian martial art that was forged in battle over thousands of years, culminating in fluid movements which are unparalleled in ferocity and majesty’.

Over the years, the academy has branched out to other arts like Yoga and Street Dance. But East West Studios is only part of a larger structure, it belongs to a bigger umbrella called ‘Golden Light Studios’, an entertainment core that does feature films, television, books, games and more. And yet, GLS entertainment still has time to give back to ‘Our Orphans’, a charity they set up that provides education, healthcare and love for orphans around the world.

Needless to say, Pencak Silat may be one of the least recognised art forms, still in hiding, but it’s rare and undiscovered beauty is it’s most prized self-worth. With this, a fortunate offer had fallen in place and East West Studios is at it’s beginning to start on fresh grounds in introducing the art.
